SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for ordering literature and other marketing materials for TSM’s/RSM’s.
- Sales Support Specialists must enter all potentials into the Zoho CRM Database for information capture and deal accountability.
- Generate quotes, sales contracts, and demo contracts for sales staff, and store them electronically for later reference.
- Responsible for requesting preventative maintenance quotes and contracts from the RECO Service Department
- Responsible for creating costing sheets for all TSM/RSM requests. (Including RPO’s)
- Will request rates and payments from lenders and submit deals for financing approval.
- Organize and finalize deal closing process within their region.
- Work alongside the Director of Sales to assess trade evaluations.
- In control of coordinating transportation of equipment and generating freight PO’s.
SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR REQUIREMENTS (Skills, Technology, and Physical Requirements)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience using various information resources including on-line databases, publications, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google platform
- Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities.
- 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant/Sales Support Specialist or comparable experience.
- Ability to utilize spreadsheets.
- Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
- Experience with CRM tools preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,000.00 - $34,300.00 per year
