Sales Support Analyst Jobs

ComResource is hiring a Sales Support Analyst for a client based in Columbus, OH.

Job Responsibilities:

This position will provide support for staff serving as backup for mail reading, mail assignation, SFDC Action Case management, process document creation, account login ID support, process Customer Master Data records and Cases in SAP, will provide contract processing QA via SAP and SFDC, and general account support if needed. Primary responsibilities will be to update process documents assuring all Company brand and products are accurate on ALL documentation. Additionally, this role will provide support for our customers through login ID creation, SAP ECC Contract QA and creation, and will update and maintain Customer Master Data records in SAP.

This position will utilize SAP ECC, SFDC, MS Teams, Brainshark, SharePoint and MS Office products. Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and meet deadlines are required.

Job Requirements:

• Basic skills in business systems a plus (i.e. SAP, Saleforce.com, SQL, and Oracle)
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience with MS Office applications (specifically, EXCEL, PowerPoint, and Word. VISIO experience is a plus)
• 1-3 or more years of experience in business, sales, finance, or have commensurate experience in an academic environment that can demonstrate these skills.
• Demonstrated skills in planning, attention to detail, and responsiveness
• Demonstrated Critical thinking and data analysis experience
• Strong degree of precision and accuracy required with ability to work independently

Please note: Candidate must be local and willing to work a hybrid schedule (office Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday; remote Monday, Thursday)
