WHAT YOU’LL DO

Sales Managers at VIIZR are truly the face of our product to prospective customers, responsible for the entire sales experience including facilitating demos, building relationships that turn into future customers, and holding deep knowledge of our product. Our Sales Managers have a strong drive to find a fit for our product with our target market through outbound calls, attending events, and networking with tradespeople across the country. Experienced in working directly with the trades business (e.g. HVAC, electrical, etc), this role is hungry to help launch VIIZR into its next level of growth through customer acquisition and growth.

  • Attend events nationwide as a VIIZR representative to educate potential customers on the benefits of our platform and intake or close new leads
  • Recommend and implement changes to improve sales operations and achieve metrics-driven outcomes
  • Foster sales capability growth and desired customer experience by understanding our target customer, product roadmap, and internal business operations
  • Utilize existing sales and marketing tools to build sales pipeline and onboard new customers
  • Build and execute sales campaigns via Salesforce to keep in touch with prospective customers
  • Generate and intake leads from a variety of sources, following sales processes to successfully close new business while documenting all interactions within Salesforce
  • Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to facilitate lead conversion, new customer onboarding, and customer retention strategies
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal


WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Motivation to be in a goal-oriented, quota-carrying role
  • Familiarity with and ability to effectively use online collaboration tools, with Google suite preferred
  • Demonstrated initiative to propose and prototype solutions to problems
  • Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
  • Has relentless grit, does not get frustrated hearing “no”, and drives for results through creative solutions
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales Management, Account Management, or Business Development roles; preferably at SaaS startup
  • High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
  • Demonstrated ability to execute internal and customer-facing sales activities to drive revenue growth
  • While this role is mostly remote, close proximity to Tampa, FL is required
  • Ability to work remotely; on-site customer and event travel required (approx 25%)
