CoolToday is looking to add a key member to the Marketing Department. To continue our growth, we’re searching for a Social Media & Community Involvement Manager to contribute immediately to the organization. Come help tell the story as our Social Media Manager at one of the largest HVAC and plumbing companies in the entire country!


You will use your in-depth experience with various social media channels, and exquisite story telling skills, to celebrate our story by engaging with our current and future clients while developing a deeper impact in the communities we serve.

Responsibilities


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Capture all the moments and share with our team and community
  • Analyzing the company’s social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
  • Using social media marketing tools to tell the company’s story by posting relevant content across all social media platform
  • Monitoring and interacting with clients and community organizations via the company social media accounts
  • Develop brands social media strategy, campaigns + marketing content plans
  • Coordinate community service opportunities for team members
  • Researching and implementing social media trends
  • Analyze and improve our community involvement plan to impact the most people within the communities we serve
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns


Qualifications


DESIRED SKILLS + EXPERIENCE


  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms
  • 2+ years prior experience with social media campaigns + strategy
  • Ability to use data to confirm and reinforce your instincts as a marketing professional
  • Drive to make anyone and anything around you better
  • Ability to multitask
  • Willingness to seek out, and work with, local organizations to help make an impact
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with time management skills
  • Willing to always try new approaches and be ok with failure
  • 1+ years in agency marketing working across multiple brands.
