As a Sales Enablement Manager at Roundel, you will support the evolution of Roundel’s Sales and Account Management team into a solutions-based sales organization by driving thought leadership strategy and enabling high impact customer engagements through a deep understanding of customer goals and Roundel media performance. You’ll do so by bringing your knowledge and expertise of digital media to drive high impact customer engagements and help lead our market intelligence efforts. You will work cross-functionally, partnering with Sales & Account Management, Go-To-Market, and Marketing to deliver on these objectives.
A successful candidate will be an integral member of the Roundel Strategy and Business Planning team, specifically reporting to the leader of the Sales Enablement team.
Job Duties:
- Provide executive client meeting support , inclusive of content for these engagements
- Perform responsive research required to address client / vertical-specific thought leadership needs
- Lead the development of multi-product solution narratives anchored in client performance objectives
- Support Roundel’s broader “Voice of Customer” initiative
- Support case study development
- Perform market intelligence research, inclusive of desk research into the broader Retail Media landscape
- Support the build out of an external research hub with market insights
Who You Are:
- 4-year or advanced degree in a relevant field
- Ability to work both independently and lead cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to influence and communicate complex ideas effectively; including influencing without authority
- 6+ years of practical experience, including strategic operations consulting roles, retail, media technology, or other applicable industry experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Strong problem solving skills. Ability to break down problems into fundamental parts, identify root causes, synthesize findings, and make informed decisions
- Ability to work through ambiguity with limited direction
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong analytical, decision-making, project management, planning and organizational skills
- Competent in project management; has the ability to manage deadlines
- Ability to take risks, learn quickly, challenge the status quo, and work under ambiguous circumstances
