Sales Manager Jobs

We are conducting a search for a Sales Manager, on behalf of a well established, growing, and dynamic Managed Service Provider, who will embody the company’s vision and culture of integrity, technical prowess, entrepreneurship, and excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will oversee and direct a team of fifteen composed of Account Management/Inside Sales, Account Executives/Outside Sales, Quoting, and Sales Engineering. The successful candidate will have proven experience in driving and increasing sales YOY for a Managed Service Provider. You can work remotely from home with occasional travel.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct a team of fifteen.
• Possess strong leadership skills to evaluate ongoing sales team performance and provide training and coaching when necessary
• Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities
• Technology skills to utilize CRM and database software tools in daily tasks
• Research and reporting skills to analyze sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecasts
• Have advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies
• Strong communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales team, operations specialists, collaborating departments and upper management

Qualifications:

• Research, analysis and problem-solving skills to understand sales and consumer data and create optimized sales processes
• Leadership abilities to delegate tasks and support sales teams
• Technology skills to use CRM and automation tools in daily processes and act as a point of contact
• 5-10 years of sales management experience at Managed Services technology company
• Experience managing 10-20 people
• Written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams, other departments and upper management
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
