Job Description

The Sales Enablement Technology Specialist is a new position supporting Patterson’s use of Sales Enablement tools to make Sales professionals more effective and efficient. These tools include Seismic, Fiori, CRM, Pattersondental.com, LMS platforms, tools from the Microsoft suite of products and other tools and platforms as needed. The person in this role will work with members of our IT, eCommerce, Marketing and Product teams to ensure these tools provide our sales professionals with the resources they need to be successful sellers. The Sales Enablement Technology Specialist also measures effectiveness of these tools through usage metrics and makes recommendations for ways to maximize seller engagement with Sales Enablement tools and resources.

  • Create trainings and job aids for sales enablement tools.
  • Assist in managing access to sales enablement tools
  • Represent the Dental business in enhancement prioritization and user acceptance testing of sales enablement tools
  • Make recommendations on process improvements and system enhancements to support sellers
  • Identify ROI metrics around usage and engagement
  • Incorporate seller feedback and best practices, and provide recommendations to continuously improve sales enablement tools


Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years supporting sales organizations in a sales operations, enablement, or technology role
  • Proficiency and comfort with cloud- and software-based technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport quickly and collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organization
  • Experience with Seismic, SAP/Fiori, LMS platforms, and / or CRM platforms
  • Experience using MS Office tools including Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience in business or technology related field


Preferred Qualifications

  • B2B sales experience
  • Dental Industry knowledge/experience
  • Technology-related certifications


The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount would be based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $21.39 - $26.97
