Responsibilities

• Managing client’s via our online platform, and state of the art systems.
• Consistently meeting company standards, culture requirements, and performance KPIs.
• Supporting clients through 1-1 and group communication, answering questions, and building strong connections and relationships.
• Attend weekly culture meetings.
• Maintain at least a 90% retention rate for current clients.
• Willingness to step in and assist the team of coaches with client issues, on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications

• Preferred, But Not Required: Must be a registered dietitian, or studying to take your RD Exam.
• Willingness to collaborate, and when encountered with an obstacle, able to find a way around, through, over it, under it.
• Ability to attend weekly meetings, and produce educational content for current clients, and marketing efforts, with the help of our content team.
• Preferred, But Not Required: Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
• Preferred, But Not Required: 4 Year Bachelor Degree in nutrition, or equivalent experiences in a science-related field, such as exercise science, physiology, biology, nutrition, or a related field of study.
• Ability to work within a dynamic team environment.
