Job Description
The Field Sales and Operations Executive is responsible for the delivery of retail B&M sales and building relationships with Retail Corp/District Teams, Multi Branded Field Teams, Freelance, Brand Account Management, Brand Education and COE partners.
They will create and maintain strategic partnerships with retailers and the execution of seasonal brand plans/promotional calendars as well as create local plans and specific events to drive enthusiasm and engagement with the consumer. They will spend approximately 40% of their time on the sales floor interacting with Multi Branded Field team, Freelancers, Retail teams, and consumers to drive client acquisition, engagement, and conversion. They will capture consumer insights by observing shopping patterns and competitive activity and use insights to inform action plans.
The Field Sales and Operations Executive is responsible for partnering with Account Management and Education to provide
strategic plans to deliver excellence in execution across the Multi Branded Field Teams to drive sales growth, exceed plan and gain share. This role will develop align with Account Management on Top Door and Market Priorities, support training and on boarding for all new Multi Branded Field Teams in partnership with Education and the Education COE. They will drive client acquisition through outreach, client management, social influence, oversight of visual merchandising execution, and by building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in the store and retail community. They will manage the freelance budget for B&M by door/market, manage the strategy and coordination of corporate events and locally generated events including TOA and event collateral to drive market share gain and increased productivity to drive sales.
Qualifications
3-4 years’ experience leading/managing retail/POS stores/counters/regions in luxury business preferably Beauty industry.

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

  • Ability to see problems and develop action plans to get past them (inventory/stock issues, freelance turnover, logistical
issues related to events, etc.)
  • Enthusiastic mentor and strategic thinker
  • Charismatic individual with strong negotiation and communication talents
  • Strong social media and digital engagement skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment with multi-unit management skills. Able to manage time and
juggle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events based on the needs of the
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
