Job Description

Home Company in Midtown Manhattan looking for Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support remote EVP. Excellent opportunity for growth. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally between Sales, PD, Customers. Must be detail oriented, resourceful with strong computer skills, excellent follow up and strong ability to build or edit decks. 3 - 5 years experience.


Marketing/Sales Support

  • Competitive Analysis - collect data and images from sales and format and distribute on a quarterly basis to team
  • Work with Images supplied, copy, specs, feature/benefits
  • Build Sales Product/ Program Sheets
  • Works with PD Team to receive Line Sheets and add in pricing and necessary details
  • Licensor Brand Support - maintains price lists, order forms, catalog updates etc.
  • Prep pricing charts with details from sales for EVP Review for costing


Sales Support

  • Account support with filling out program launch sheets
  • Liaison with internal departments - packaging, item set up and quality control.
  • Backup liaison with account communication internally and with account buyers.


Communication/ Admin Needs

  • Liaison with planner contacts when needed
  • Liaison with Sales team to prep monthly status projects
  • Liaison with factory contacts when needed
  • Sends reminders on projections due
  • Communicates with sales teams when needed
  • Assists with direct account needed - forecast form, PO follow-up etc.
  • Works on various administrative projects, reports when needed
  • Assists with market week and travel customer meeting appointment set up, catering, foods needs.
  • Sends reminders for sales to collect retail comp shop reports
