Job Description
What does a Business Data Analyst at Fiserv do?


You will work closely with the Product and Operations teams to analyze, monitor, report and track information to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of debit card transaction network routing. You'll conduct and provide analysis and recommendations for actions and improvements on processes, programs and projects.


What You Will Do


  • Respond to inquiries regarding market research, sales forecast, network rules and pricing changes;
  • Calculate, payment and tracking of network billing for particular network routing agreements
  • Analyze, establish, manage, and maintain Debit Routing orders and priorities. Minimize client network expenses, maximize network incentive revenue
  • Report and track debit routing KPI’s and revenue billing.
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained; provide contract support and internal sales support information to Account Management teams and leaders


What You Need To Have


  • Data analytics experience
  • Python experience
  • SQL experience
  • Experience doing trend analysis


What Would Be Great To Have


  • Card, payments, acquiring and debit card experience
