The Opportunity
Our Retail business in North America allows us to reach millions of incremental customers in the context of their interactions with our partners. We provide the sales and marketing programs that in the hand of the right individual will lead to exceptional growth. Delivering great customer experiences in today's fast paced environment has become a critical part of the Adobe brand, and a key success factor for scaling retail partnerships. To jointly create and deliver these customer experiences we need you – a focused and creative sales professional who is willing to go the extra mile and along with an exceptional team create the future of retail. What you'll be responsible for
Take ownership of, nurture and (re)build the relationships with some of the top Retail partners across North America to allow for sales growth.
Partner with the Retail Channel Marketing Manager to build quarterly and annual account plans for the top Retail partners.
Own and optimize all Retail programs such as annual promotion plan, attach program, MDF program, volume incentive rebate program in alignment with WW Retail lead and all relevant stakeholders such as legal, business ops, pricing etc. What you need to succeed
Outstanding relationship building skills with internal and external partners
Proven understanding of the Retail/etail landscape across North America
Negotiation skills to drive a positive return of invest for Adobe
A customer first demeanor that is reflected in all your actions
Outstanding communication skills and are able to drive projects, breaking down complex problems into manageable, structured work packages.
Self-starter mentality - determined and enjoy working independently.
Advanced MS Office (Excel and Power Point) skills
Fluency in English
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $129,000 -- $241,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
