THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

• Plan, direct, or coordinate activities related to our client's Technologies Research
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Collaborate with our client's Technologies stakeholders for budget tracking, coordinating with survey reviewers and delegates, tracking research projects across teams, supporting the creation of an internal archive.
• Develop tools and programs, prioritization, and project management

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

• 8+ years of experience with project management, research, or operations or equivalent experience
• Experience cultivating internal relationships
• Project management and communications (long- and short-form) experience
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working effectively with all levels of management, including influencing stakeholders with conflicting priorities
• Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized and structured manner
• Proven experience managing multiple tasks under timelines and shifting priorities
