Investigator Research Manager Jobs

Contract: 6 months+

Pay: $60-61/ Hourly based on experience

FULL TIME/HYBIRD- 2/3 days onsite

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree and strong experience required,

• Master’s Degree in a clinical background a plus.

• Experience in Independent research, quality improvement, Continuing Medical Education, Continuing Education and/or Continuing Professional Development and global experience.

• Strong communication skills; consulting skills; trusted advisor; healthcare education/quality improvement expertise; political savvy; problem solving; process management.

• Extensive experience and knowledge of Pfizer’s independent grants and/or research collaboration processes and programs is preferrable.

• Strong knowledge of relevant Pfizer Therapeutic Area(s), subject matter expertise in grants, collaborations and partnerships, and international experience are desirable.

• Capable of working independently on multiple projects with ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in working in a multidisciplinary, matrix team situation, and demonstrated ability to manage change.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills in relating to colleagues and associates both inside and outside the organization.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Commitment to process improvement.

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
