About

This role is remote from anywhere in the US. The duration of this contract is 8 months with a possibility of extension.

The Renewal Specialist will be involved with the day to day administration of renewals and financially related functions of the business. The Renewal Specialist will execute annual price increases while maximizing retention rates and maintaining a positive relationship with our customers. The Renewal Specialist communicates regularly with customers regarding contract questions, renewal questions, etc. This position is for someone who is interested in being a strong individual-contributor on a highly entrepreneurial team.

What You Will do

  • Discuss annual price increases with customers and negotiate/pushback on customers as necessary
  • Submit renewal contracts for customer signature
  • Be the primary contact for renewal related communication and the process that supports it
  • Provide internal support to sales, legal, finance, and customer success teams.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Navigate and find necessary information in contract documents
  • Identify inefficiencies in the process and promote improvement of areas identified
  • Maintain records in subscription management system
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries/disputes as they arise.
  • Send monthly renewal quotes to customers
  • Process and administer renewal quotes/contracts for customers

What You Have
  • Proficiency in Salesforce/SaaSOptics(Maxio)/NetSuite is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Zendesk and Google experience preferred
  • Sharp attention to detail with excellent organization skills
  • BA in Business or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of working experience in software sales, account management, or customer service environment a plus
  • SaaS (Software as a Service) experience strongly preferred
  • 2+ years experience in renewal execution and negotiation
