Job Description

Rankings.io is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. As the nation's top digital agency for law firms, we are focused on aggressive growth for our clients through end-to-end SEM services. The successful candidate for this role will have the responsibility of supporting the daily HR operations, working closely with managers to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, and providing exceptional support and guidance to employees at all levels of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads community outreach efforts and event coordination
  • Assist with supporting employees through a variety of activities including time away from work administration, FMLA tracking, leave of absences, coordinating exit process, payroll and benefit issues, employee data changes, etc.
  • Is agile to perform HR Projects and other duties as assigned or required by business needs
  • Assist with data collection, tracking, and analysis
  • Coach, develop, and build HR system capability across the organization, including training delivery
  • Owns Technician sourcing efforts and recruiting coordination including job postings, candidate management in workday, interview scheduling, offer communications, contingencies, and hiring execution.
  • Plan site town halls, community building events, and leadership reviews.
  • Coordinate and deliver benefits enrollment for new hire employees and annual open enrollment.
  • Prepare HR documents and revise policies
  • Conducts new employee orientation
  • Member of the culture team and supports equality and inclusion efforts to drive employee engagement
  • Lead by example and role model expected demonstration of Rankings.io Principles, values, & purposes
  • Point of contact for initiating relocation benefits
  • Maintains organization and employee data changes in Workday, organization charts, and other HR systems

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and federal, state, and local regulation
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written
  • Demonstrated ability to train groups of people
  • Demonstrated skills in Human Resources administration, projects, recruiting coordination or leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple types of HR & employee documentation, both in electronic and paper form.
  • Demonstrated skills in problem solving
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proven problem-solving ability and critical thinking skills
