• Embrace a customer-centric approach, ensuring that all entertainment experiences align with our guests' preferences and expectations.
• Stay updated on emerging entertainment trends, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously enhance the quality and appeal of experiences.
• Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and market trends to tailor entertainment offerings that resonate with diverse demographics.
• Manage all logistical aspects of entertainment events, such as scheduling, budgeting, and on-site coordination to ensure flawless execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute innovative entertainment experiences that align with our brand identity and objectives.
• Gather and analyze feedback from guests to continuously improve the quality and impact of entertainment offerings.
• Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and artists to source talent, props, and equipment needed for successful entertainment experiences.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with teams, partners, and audiences.
• Motivated
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and transform them into captivating entertainment concepts.
• Experience in sales is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong project management skills, including organization, planning, and attention to detail.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address unforeseen challenges and ensure the smooth operation of events.
• A collaborative and team-oriented approach to working with diverse colleagues and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as a team player
• Proficiency in event management software, multimedia tools, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience in designing and executing entertainment experiences, ideally in a similar industry.
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Must be Authorized to work in the USA
• Must be 18+
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Entertainment, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Computer, Tablet or Smartphone required
• Passion for staying up-to-date with entertainment trends, cultural shifts, and audience preferences.
• Great customer service skills
• Experience in marketing is a plus but not required
