Regulatory Compliance Analyst Jobs

An Employer in the Mason, OH area is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Administrator. Their main responsibilities will include the following:

• Accurately communicates relevant and potentially sensitive information to and from others, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and exercises good judgment.
• Uses research tools to reliably search and alert Compliance team of new laws, regulations, decisions or guidelines that may impact business lines.
• Work 2 days on site in Mason, OH
• Maintains the Compliance Department’s library of regulatory standards (original documents and summary compilations) that is indexed, dated, and cross-referenced for ease of access and for tracking of regulatory changes.
• Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for regulatory compliance related to EyeMed regulations; including conducting federal and multi-state regulatory research and analysis on
• Performs both internal and external research and compiles data to prepare memoranda, correspondence or tables with condense information that enables employees to readily identify anticipated changes to current requirements.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years working with claims
• Healthcare industry experience – including familiarity with regulations surrounding Medicaid and Medicare
• Ability to read, effectively interpret, and summarize laws, regulations, or other legal guidance at both state and federal levels
• 3+ years of experience in a regulatory or compliance related role
