Job Details


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Complaints Compliance Analyst to join our team in the finance industry. As a Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company complies with all regulatory requirements and standards. You will be responsible for investigating and resolving complaints from various regulatory agencies, including the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and Attorney General. You will also be responsible for conducting research and analysis to identify potential compliance issues and implementing solutions to prevent future issues.


Responsibilities


  • Prepare reports and presentations on compliance activities
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Investigate and resolve complaints from regulatory agencies, including the BBB, CFPB, and Attorney General
  • Implement solutions to prevent future compliance issues
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with new regulations
  • Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential compliance issues


Qualifications


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with complaints investigation and resolution
  • 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance; must have directly performed investigative process
  • Ability to plan and organize work effectively
