Overview


Regional Administrative Assistant


The Administrative Assistant would work full time providing regional support to 3 Illinois Veterans homes.


Duties Would Include But Not Limited To


  • Order entry and collaboration with billing
  • Hourly pay range between $16 to $18 based on experience.
  • Operating in facility and HPH EMR systems
  • Organization and uploading of medical records


This person would need to demonstrate exceptional communication with patients, families and facility staff.


The ability to multitask and strong organizational skills required.
It is preferred the person has experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
Position would include on site work at Manteno and would work remotely with 2 other locations.

The Rehabilitation Aide performs activities essential to promoting the comfort, mobility and independence of residents. This position provides support to the licensed professionals to enable them to effectively perform their duties.
Responsibilities
  • Adhere to facility policies and procedures and participate in facility quality improvement and safety programs.
  • Assist residents in preparation for treatment.
  • Support the Company’s commitment to Compassionate Care; project a professional image to foster confidence in the Rehab Program.
  • Attend meetings and in-service sessions, as directed.
  • Assist with transporting residents to and from therapy.
  • Assist licensed therapists with treatment programs designed for each resident, as instructed.
  • Maintain inventories and order equipment, as required.
  • Maintain departmental records as directed.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned
  • Assist therapists with resident evaluations, as instructed.
Qualifications
  • Some experience preferred in the care and treatment of residents in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to understand and follow the directions of licensed professionals.
  • Minimum of high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
