Job Description
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to follow directions accurately.
  • Evidence of good health, grooming and professional conduct.

  • Possesses the ability to work under pressure.
  • Professional/Educational
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge preferred.
  • DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required.
  • A technician who assists the Cardiac Rehab staff in carrying out a variety of patient care, clerical and procedural tasks for the patients utilizing Cardiac Rehab services.
  • Appreciation of and desire to be a part of a health care team dedicated to providing patients optimal care.
  • Possesses a sense of responsibility, initiative and honesty.
  • Completion of EKG courses through resources of Morris Hospital within 1 year of hire.
  • DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
  • Certified by the American Heart Association in CPR.
