Regional Field Supervisor Jobs

The Regional Field Supervisor is responsible for managing multiple Working America canvass offices and / or programs. The Regional Field Supervisor works with the National Field Director and direct Field Directors to fulfill campaign goals and ensure the success of Working America’s mission.

Reports to: National Field Director

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the development and execution of campaign plans to meet organizational goals including staff recruitment goals, canvassing performance goals, and

• Recruit, train, mentor, develop, supervise, and evaluate Field Directors; work with National Field Director and relevant staff to ensure fair and consistent application of organizational policies;

• Work with the National Field Director, programmatic directors, and local allies to integrate omnichannel organizing including digital engagement: texting and

• Design materials, including but not limited to training manuals for all positions within the canvass team, job descriptions, uniform and consistent tracking

• Oversee basic logistics and support in each campaign including, but not limited to office space, equipment, rental and owned vehicles, housing for personnel on

• Work closely with the Administration and Operations and Accounting
• Oversee management of, and compliance with, office and apartment leases; auto rentals; and other office and housing arrangements on travel assignments;

• Represent the interests of Working America at meetings and other activities, especially within the labor and progressive communities;
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Type:

Starting salary is $76,549-$81,219, depending on location. Includes medical insurance and 401(k) with employer contribution.
