Description

Manage multiple jobs and foreman in the commercial division. Oversee safety, production, and training of Foreman and Lead man in the commercial division. To maintain this position Jobs have to hit labor budget.

Job Duties

• Support & Assist Commercial Production Manager.
• Communicate man power, tools, equipment shortages and delays on jobs to Commercial Production Manager.
• Assist with Manpower and scheduling needs on jobs.
• Goal and milestone management – Company goal is to save 5% on labor budget and man hours per year. This position is responsible for 2% savings on labor budget and man hours on jobs managed.
• Training – Develop new Foreman and Lead men daily.
• Safety Audits on jobs - Fewer on the job injuries and safety violations year over year.
• Quality – Detail inspections of jobs on a weekly basis to Commercial Production Manager.
• Assist Foreman with tool & equipment requirements.

Requirements

• Follow company policies and procedures, OSHA, and applicable State and Federal laws
• Reach, lift and maneuver supplies and ladders up to 50 lbs
• Good manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination
• Mental alertness is required to ensure accurate completion of work activities
• Ability to pass pre-hire physical and pre-hire drug screen
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License with no restriction
• Cary out duties in varying outdoor climate conditions for extended periods of time
• Must have experience as a Lead man or Foreman or equivalent experience.
• Stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently
• Must be comfortable working more than 6 ft off of the ground
• Working knowledge of multiple roofing systems that may be used in application and repairs.
• Must be fluent in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $40.00 per hour
