Construction Field Supervisor Jobs

Statewide Remodeling is searching for an experienced Field Supervisor! You will connect with our customers to address questions and resolve various problems on-site at customer homes. Formal training provided through Statewide Remodeling will allow you to provide customers what they need when they need it. Your goal is to keep our customers completely assured and satisfied through your technical expertise and consistent and constant communication.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customer
• Go to customer homes to install new products or fix existing products.
• Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed.
• Lookout for preventative measures

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential remodel experience
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Must be comfortable with road travel
• Must hold a valid US driver’s license
• Ability to work some Saturdays
• Self-motivated and well organized
• Possess reliable vehicle preferably a truck or large van

Statewide Remodeling is hiring experienced Walk in Bath/Shower Sub Contractors immediately! We are searching for established contractors who have home, condo, apartment, remodeling or construction experience. Our Bath Installers replace the old shower/bath unit with a custom acrylic system.

The main duties include

• Se Habla Español
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
• Apply finish work as needed for every application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Install home remodeling products according to Statewide standards and procedures

Qualifications

• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
• Preferred to have Worker's comp and Liability insurance
• Established LLC or Business
• 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience with bath remodels or acyrlic systems
• Basic electrical knowledge
