Tarleton State University is looking to expand its pool of applicants for potential TMATE University Field Supervisor positions at our Fort Worth, Stephenville and Waco campuses. We are looking for masters and doctoral-qualified candidates to perform field supervision. Duties include observing interns/clinical teachers, monitoring their performance, and providing constructive feedback to improve their effectiveness as educators. TMATE University Field Supervisors are hired to supervise clinical teachers and interns on a temporary and part-time basis.

Required Education/Experience/Skills

Minimum qualifications include a currently certified educator (3 years of experience) with a master's degree and a minimum of 18 graduate hours in certification area or Teacher Education.

Preferred Education/Experience/Skills

An earned doctorate with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in Education Administration, Education Leadership or Curriculum and Instruction. Prior student intern supervision preferred. Experience as a campus-level administrator with principal certification is a plus
