Summary
**This is a remote position, however, this role will be required to travel to the offices in the Maryland, Virginia & Washington DC locations**
The Regional Administrative Manager oversees services within their designated region collaborating with human resources, patient experience, financial management and reporting, strategic planning, and operations. This individual manages activities to meet company needs and objectives and provides direction and support to office managers in their region to ensure efficient, cost effective and quality performance while working to maximize company revenue. In addition to being organized and able to multi-task, this role requires a responsible dynamic individual to manage an administrative role for the medical and operations team aligning with the mission, vision, values, and culture of PM Pediatric Care. The Administrative Manager provides leadership for continuous service and quality improvement, innovation, and staff advancement.
This position, in collaboration with the Regional Clinical Operations Manager is a key leadership role reporting to the Vice President of Clinical Services and Regional VP, Clinical Operations for their designated region.
Description
  • Identify training needs for the region, in collaboration with the Regional Clinical Operations Manager, other regional leadership, and the Learning and Development teams and collaborate on curriculum planning, execution of content delivery, and post training performance metrics for knowledge retention.
  • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
  • Collaborates with Directors, Office Managers, eCW Operations, & Billing/RCM to identify opportunities to improve the revenue cycle via front end processes.
  • Serves as a liaison between PM locations and corporate departments to ensure alignment between company, region, and site KPI’s
  • Manage any required training programs on policies and procedures to maintain standardization across locations and improve performance to expected company benchmarks.
  • Responsibility for coordinating with the patient experience team to monitor and address performance concerns in the region, identify opportunities and areas for support or training and act as an escalation point for issues to usher them to resolution.
  • Ownership for coordinating region-specific data analytics, actioning on gaps, and identifying trends. Support and Monitor KPI reporting for PM Pediatric Care and become an expert user of company data warehouse (Qlik).
  • Partner with Marketing to collaborate on regional marketing efforts (staffing events, discovering events, etc.) to build the PM Pediatric Care brand.
  • Oversees front desk operations and staff performance in collaboration with office managers in each clinical site.
  • Work with Human Resources and Office Managers to provide recruitment support, onboarding, and facilitate new hire skill coordination of Front Desk Registration staff.
  • Maintains PM Pediatric Care standards for facility appearance, patient/family and employee experience, professionalism, and productivity.
Qualifications
  • Business skills and clinical operations experience required.
  • Committed team player with the willingness and desire to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions both independently and collaboratively.
  • Must be exceptionally organized to manage multiple priorities and diverse activities and to prioritize and meet deadlines. Expert verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work with and effectively manage the employees within the region and partner with managers to positively impact office/region goals.
  • Strong financial skills and acumen. Must be information technology savvy.
  • At least six years of progressive experience in healthcare administration with 2+ years of supervisory or management-level experience and detailed knowledge of a healthcare setting's operations are required (urgent care preferred).
  • Superb leadership skills including the ability to motivate, collaborate, and create a dedicated team environment.
