Job Description

Position Title: Regional Sales Manager, Mid Atlantic - DC, DE, MD

Department: Sales USA

Role Location: Maryland or Washington DC

Reports to: VP, BreakThru Beverage Group Cluster


YOUR OPPORTUNITY:


As the Mid Atlantic sales manager you will be responsible for delivering the Stoli Group Mission & Vision across a number of states: DC, DE, MD. You will create value through driving sales and developing strong relationships while building the Stoli group legacy/ Your extended commercial knowledge, ability to influence stakeholders and leadership of sales teams will be key to your success in the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Analyse the region’s performance and forecasting (NSV, gross margin, ROI, brand spend, profitability) utilizing an expert understanding of profit/loss drivers and value chain economics to drive strategic business discussions and decisions
  • With the Founder’s mentality and entrepreneurial spirit, you ahev the ownership and accountability of your regional P&L, setting appropriate budgets based on potential return on investments, finding the most cost-effective methods to achieve maximum performance and profitability
  • Ensure commercial plans are aligned to distributors strategic goals and translate specific revenue and KPI performance objectives to drive Mid Atlantic region results
  • Lead third – party distributor sales teams by creating a common understanding of the goals, objectives, timelines, deliverables and expected level of team performance while celebrating the team’s achievements
  • Build effective long-term relations with strategic customer and distributor partners to drive financial impact and deliver objectives from customer and consumer programs
  • Building on Stoli Family culture, you will collaborate cross-functionally across the Stoli Group organisation for support on sales efforts
  • With the Founder’s mentality, analyse business trends (e.g. share gaps, category trends, channel performance) and available data to identify opportunities for Stoli Group revenue growth
  • Lead, develop and deliver the division commercial plans and forecasts to achieve short and long-term business goals. Overcome challenges and opportunities through sales programs and pricing strategies, aligned to Stoli Mission & Vision

EXPERIENCE& SKILLS:


  • 10+ years of sales experience in a leading CPG company on a regional or state level preferably within the beverage industry
  • Deep personal accountability for great performance
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent, Master’s degree preferred
  • Comfort with dealing with ambiguity, complexity and working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and matrixed environment
  • Strong P&L and budget management experience
