Recruiting Sourcer

A New Jersey-based health services organization is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new Recruiting Sourcer to their staff.

• This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work at least two days a week onsite (Tuesday & Thursdays are mandatory).***

Responsibilities

The Recruiting Sourcer will:

• Develop relationships with professional organizations, colleges and community agencies to identify and recruit a diverse population of candidates for all positions
• Provide additional staffing assistance, as requested, and shares viable candidates with Recruiters
• Perform advanced sourcing utilizing social media, internet and database mining
• Assist with planning job fairs, open houses, and college recruiting events as well as representing the company at the events
• Identify, screen, attract and target top talent by leveraging the use of technology
• Partner with Recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information that facilitates an effective, high-volume, and high-quality search process depended on needs
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Exceptional phone etiquette
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn and Indeed Sourcing
• Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with Social Media, Job Boards, etc.
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
• 3+ years of Recruitment and/or Sourcing experience for Healthcare role

• Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
