Develop relationships with professional organizations, colleges and community agencies to identify and recruit a diverse population of candidates for all positions

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management or related field is preferred

Strong internet research skills and cold-calling experience are required

Candidate Assessment/Selection: Ability to assess applicant/candidate quality, technical capabilities, and cultural fit

Minimum of 1 year of recruiting/sourcing experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment is required

Aesthetic/Cosmetic Dermatology/Healthcare recruiting/sourcing experience is preferred

Writing and implementing effective research strategies to source diverse candidates on each requisition

Provide leadership with data and metrics on recruiting efforts

Mentor junior sourcers (quick path to leadership)

2+ years work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role

Experience sourcing Senior level Software/Hardware engineers

Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)

2-4+ years of HR experience

Workday experience is a plus

Assist HR team with ad-hoc reporting, special projects and programs as requested

Assist TA team by sourcing candidates for immediate open positions

Find opportunities to streamline processes, create efficiencies and improve the team’s overall productivity

Communicate all employment changes to HRIS & Payroll directly through the system or manually (process promotions, departures, and other staffing changes)
