We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. As the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Screen and evaluate candidates to determine their qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements, job descriptions, and desired candidate profiles.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract potential candidates.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and keep all stakeholders informed throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs and objectives.
- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics and progress.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
- Conduct interviews with candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a business development role or capacity
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and tools, including applicant tracking systems, social media, and job boards.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies across multiple departments and positions.
