Job Description

RECRUITING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT


Connect Staffing is searching for candidates for a Recruiting Administrative Assistant role with a law firm client in the Atlanta area. The primary focus of this role will be to assist the recruiting department with administrative duties and support all recruiting initiatives. This is a hybrid role based in the Atlanta area.


This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain more experience in recruiting.


Duties:

  • Enter and update information in the firm's applicant tracking system
  • Assist with recruiting a range of candidates from lateral attorneys to law students
  • Prepare interview evaluation, resume packets, and interview schedules for candidates and internal staff
  • Assist the department with other duties and projects as needed
  • Communicate with candidates to schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews
  • Coordinate with attorneys and other staff to schedule candidate interviews
  • Assist the team with preparing for campus recruiting events


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical skills
  • Prior recruiting experience is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree
