Receptionist-Prn/Limited Hours Jobs

Ridgewood Care Center is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable every other weekend receptionist (8 hours/biweekly average). The Receptionist is a resident and family-focused position at our front desk who provides excellent customer service and ensures the needs of residents, families, and staff are met or exceeded. This position works closely with the Business Office and Reception Manager, admissions, and Administrator to ensure that the needs of the residents and families are met by performing a wide variety of customer-focused tasks that vary with our facility needs.Qualifications and requirements of a receptionist:High School Diploma or equivalent.Computer knowledge.Previous receptionist experience is preferred but not requiredMust be able to work 4PM-8PM and ever other weekendPrevious receptionist experience in a customer service position (i.e. hotel, SNF, activities focus, geriatric care or gerontology is desirable)Microsoft Office knowledgeAssists with administrative tasks as directed by the Administrator, Reception Manager, and Nursing ManagerLong Term Care environment experienceHigh School diploma or equivalentProficiency in written and spoken EnglishWhy work for us?We are committed to your growth and success.Come join employees who have become family!Work today, get paid today!
