Role

Lumino Kerikeri is currently on the lookout for a Receptionist to join our friendly team on a casual basis.

To step into this opportunity, you'll be a strong multitasker and be able to maintain a positive, approachable, and friendly manner. You need to be someone who enjoys making sure people feel cared for, relaxed and comfortable.

A typical day will see you assisting our patients with their enquiries (both over the phone and in person), generating and confirming appointment bookings for our dentists and hygienists, as well as patient recalls, completing payment processing, banking and other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

This is a key role within a passionate team, and we are looking for a star to hit the ground running.

Location

Lumino Kerikeri Dental is located in the centre of the township on the 1st floor of the Horizon building.

Person

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional customer focus and relationship management skills.
• The ability to multi-task and work well in a busy environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• The ability to work well in a team and adapt to different working styles.
• Ideally experience in a Receptionist/Administrator role
