- Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting mail, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating calendars and ensuring efficient use of time.
- Greet and welcome visitors, providing them with a positive first impression of the organization.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in using office equipment such as phone systems, computers, and printers.
- Strong organizational abilities, able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
