Job Description

  • At all times, you will perform and undertake such other duties and responsibilities as are requested of you
  • Customer Service acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal
  • Schedule, maintain and confirm appointments
  • Supports strategic local marketing initiatives that help drive brand awareness and new patient growth
  • Verify insurance and submit claims when needed
  • Check voicemail on a daily basis
  • Follow up on no shows/cancellation of appointments
  • Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to company policies
  • Register patients
  • Cash handling
  • Answer telephones
  • Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients


All other duties as assigned


  • Detailed oriented, reliable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
  • Some training or experience in using multi-line phones and computers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous optical experience a plus


Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel
