Receptionist And Lunch Server - Charlotte

Primary Role:

To provide clerical support to all staff and visitors according to TMSA Charter Schools policy and procedures. Outstanding customer service is a top priority and must be conveyed at all times.

Working under the direction of the school administrative team. The server is responsible for adequately serving the school lunch/breakfast meals, collecting cash, maintaining the paperwork, and maintaining an orderly and clean environment during the lunch/Breakfast periods.

Qualifications:

• Organized and multi-task skills
• ANSI Certified or Willing to be certified.
• People-oriented
• Previous office experience in an education environment

Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the school operates in a consistently organized manner

• Act as liaison between the community, the school, and other internal and external stakeholders

• Coordinate appropriate documents for communication between schools and with the central office.

• Adhere to rigorous student and staff confidentiality protocols in all circumstances

• Act as first point-of-contact to callers, relay messages, and transfer calls as appropriate

• Arrange conferences and meetings for the Principal

• Complete forms under school and district procedures, following education legislation

• Handle visitor inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person according to their needs
