Event Bartender Jobs

Job Summary:

One Oak is seeking Event Bartenders to work with our Staff and Event Team to ensure Event Guests have a wonderful experience no matter what the celebration calls for. If you have a team player mentality, a great attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills and the ability to be respectful with supervisors and co-workers in a fast-paced environment, WE want you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and sanitized bar area throughout the event.
• Breakdown and clean bar and bar area at end of event to ensure all leftover items are disposed of or moved to the proper location.
• Greet Guests and provide an excellent experience for each of them.
• Prepare bar area before event to ensure it is clean and well stocked for the event.
• Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
• Mix, garnish, and serve Non-Alcoholic and Alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
• Be accessible behind bar for Guests and other team members.

Qualifications:

• Works well with a team but is also capable of self-motivation.
• Toast POS system experience a plus
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience is a plus, but not required! We will train you!
• Minimum of 6 months experience with professional bartending or trained to work behind the bar at any of the LDE restaurant locations.
• Friendly, genuine, and caring attitude that is always ready to greet Guests and team with a smile.
• Great time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Must be 18 years old or older, to serve alcohol.

Physical Requirements:

• Responsible for utilizing equipment. The effective operation of equipment requires the use of all limbs, fingers, and the ability to see.
• Often working indoors, but occasionally required to work outdoors.
• Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require a 50-pound lifting requirement.
• Spends time standing and walking swiftly, therefore, he/she must have the ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and move freely using all limbs and seeing at close/long distances.
• Attend meetings, conferences, workshops, etc. as well as visit other locations, off site locations, etc.; therefore, he/she must be able to travel autonomously, possibly to other geographical locations.

Pay: $30/HR PLUS TIPS.
