Job Description
Mid-State Sales is seeking to fill the Receptionist position within our fluid conveyance manufacturing facility. We are an ISO 9001:2015 registered manufacturer of hydraulic hose and tube assemblies and have provided our customers with quality products and services since 1969. Come join our team!
As a Receptionist at Mid-State, you will:
  • Contribute in Front Office tasks as needed
  • Welcome and greet visitors
  • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties as needed
  • Manage and transfer company calls
  • Coordinate mail-flow
While industry specific experience is not required, strong written and verbal communication skills are. Computer proficiency is mandatory, and should include familiarity with Microsoft Office--including Word, Excel, and Outlook. ERP experience is a plus!
