Valley Water, one of the largest water utilities in the state of California and located in the South Bay Area, is seeking a REDI Manager to lead its Office of Racial Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion (REDI). Valley Water established this office as a clear signal of the organization’s commitment to fostering, promoting, and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within Valley Water and environmental justice for the community they serve. The REDI Manager will drive strategic development and implementation of REDI programs, policies, and measurements, lead a team of three, and oversee an approximate budget of $1.5 million. They will partner with business units across the organization to implement the five-year DEI Strategic Master Plan and Equity Action Plans and drive organizational change and equitable service delivery to the community.
