What You'll Do

• Provides Subject Matter Expertise on the learning process including learning management system to other functional areas.
• Of current customer needs, anticipates and addresses issues, escalating as applicable.
• Establishes and maintains a direct and proactive relationship with internal and external customers, has a strong
• Understanding
• Supports change control activities.
• Liaises with Division, Managers and Team Leaders to continuously improve learning processes and / or systems.
• Supports audit readiness to ensure successful audit inspection results related to the Learning system and / or processes.
• Ensures effective communication, monitoring and promotion of learning activities.
• Authors and reviews learning documentation/material.
• Supports the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and management of the Quality System Training Program to ensure employees are trained to perform their activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Preferably in Education, Science Engineering, Human Resources, Business, or Instructional Design, an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum 2 years In medical device industry or other FDA regulated industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Some Knowledge of adult learning delivery techniques and general principles of adult learning a plus.
• Substantial Experience utilizing word processing software (e.g. Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Substantial Preparing and delivering presentations

The base pay for this position is $56,700.00 – $113,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
