Quality Training Coordinator Jobs

Ability to work efficiently within the Learning Management System (LMS) surrounding quality compliance and training assignments.

Manage and support the Integrity Solution’s BNSF Selling & Service training.

Manage the Quality Dashboard, Verint Application, and coaching & quality training across the department.

Excellent oral and written communication skills and can design/develop and deliver effective presentations and training to all levels of the organization.

Knowledge of eBusiness, transactional, intermodal, and carload operating networks.

Effective interpersonal and customer awareness skills.

Reports on the status of validation activities to fulfill regulatory requirements.

Keeps abreast of changing federal and international regulatory requirements, government audit policies, and the availability of current techniques.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Coordinates activities with clients, programmers/developers and operating personnel, domestic and, as appropriate, global.

Performs system administration and configuration of quality information technology systems.

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, relevant technical, or science degree, or equivalent experience

Monitor training KPI trends and report to management on an ongoing basis.

Minimum of 2 years Leadership/Supervisory-level experience, with decision-making authority/responsibility.

Experience participating in Kaizen events

Oversee compliance to current H&M training processes. Manage the training processes to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.

Work closely with managers and supervisor to ensure training assigned is current and correct.

Excellent change orientation and management skills

Support administrative duties in relation to the management and maintenance of internal documentation & learning management systems

1-2 years of experience aligned with the responsibilities for this position

Knowledge of process improvement techniques and experience in applying them

Manage, maintain, & evolve all official quality control scorecards

Provides Subject Matter Expertise on the learning process including learning management system to other functional areas.

Bachelor's Degree Preferably in Education, Science Engineering, Human Resources, Business, or Instructional Design, an equivalent combination of education and work experience

Liaises with Division, Managers and Team Leaders to continuously improve learning processes and / or systems.

Minimum 2 years In medical device industry or other FDA regulated industry experience.

Some Knowledge of adult learning delivery techniques and general principles of adult learning a plus.

Substantial Experience utilizing word processing software (e.g. Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Practical experience in planning, development, and operations of a project management office is an advantage.

Develop and Deliver Project Management Periodic Training

Provide Project Management Reviews to Ensure Consistency and Conformity

Support Project Management Communication and Events

Support Project Management of clients Internal Audit Process

Leveraging systems (i.e., Veeva) to assure compliant management and documentation of Quality Training processes

Generating and tracks training compliance metrics and trends, and compiles metrics and information to produce Quality Management Team reports

Performing additional projects as assigned by management

Minimum 2-5 years of managing Training, Document Management System/Learning Management System documentation, and procedural standards

Strong knowledge of GxP requirements and procedural/documentation standards

Maintaining oversight of the Training Matrix to assure alignment with training program and regulatory requirements

Collaborating across GxP groups to ensure strong and compliant process management and for implementation and administration of the Training process.

Bachelors degree and 5-7 years experience or Masters degree and 3-5 years experience or PhD and 0-2 years of relevant experience

Three to five years investigative experience preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of training delivery and design experience, ideally in a fast paced operational/call center environment

Experience with Speech Analytics preferred
