The Quality Specialist, Systems & Data Analytics is responsible for the design, deployment and support of monitoring and measuring of tools used in support to implementation of the OFSE Quality Management System. The role will collaborate, design, measure and develop key performance monitoring processes.
As a Quality Specialist, Systems & Data Analytics, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting trend analysis and makes process change recommendations when necessary
- Developing and implement reporting and analytics
- Developing and supports QMS processes, execution and metrics
- Providing quality systems and data support
- Partnering with key stakeholders and managers to provide consultation as a subject matter expert in quality
- Collaborating with the Quality Governance and Compliance team
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Quality). Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Quality.
Desired Characteristics
- Experience using dashboard tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, excel, etc.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
- Experience with quality management tools, such as SAP Quality Module, Gensuite, SharePoint, Agility ,etc
