Quality Manager, Supply Chain - Remote | Wfh

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, driving ongoing supplier review processes to optimize our supply chain management.
Monitor and assess risks within our supply chain, taking proactive measures to mitigate potential disruptions.
Create and implement a robust Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to ensure seamless operations even in the face of unexpected challenges.
Develop and execute strategies, metrics, and processes to enhance overall supply chain performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Strategic Sourcing and Operations to facilitate supplier Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
Conduct supplier validation audits as needed and assist in the validation of new suppliers and products.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
5-10 years of experience in supply chain management or related roles.
2-5 years of supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer and Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt are preferred.
