Quality Assurance Test Analyst

Position Summary:

The Senior QA Test Analyst will be responsible for the creation, update and execution of Test Cases and developing/updating test automation scripts for CooperSurgical’s business applications and system integrations.

Essential Functions:

• C o-ordinate system, system integration and user acceptance testing
• Track and Report test results (Nice to Have)
• Develop automation test scripts
• Prepare test scripts for functional and user interface tests
• Provide detailed documentation
• Work with dev team in resolving the defects throughout the testing life cycle
• Use defect tracking tools to document, track and report defects and defect resolution
• Execute test scenarios or/and test cases
• Performs additional duties or assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications

• 4-year Technical degree
• Experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations System Integration Testing (SIT) test orchestration.
• 4-6 years of software testing experience
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Passing of background check which may include verification of prior employment, criminal conviction history, educational and driving records.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Credibility and ability to interact with functional, technical and business team
• Strong communication, organization, leadership and project management skills
• Experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test orchestration.
• Ability to work on fast-paced project teams and adhere to deadlines
• Proven track record of implementing and utilizing automated tools and frameworks
• Experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Regression orchestration using RSAT preferred
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile testing methodologies and processes
• Ability to prepare requirement traceability matrix, write and execute test cases
