Quality Assurance Analyst Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Provide recommendations for process improvements based on quality analysis findings
• Additional miscellaneous duties as assigned
• Conduct thorough reviews of correspondence to assess adherence to established criteria
• Identify and label specific data while noting any errors or discrepancies
• Participate in the development and execution of test plans and test cases

Skills and Experience:

• Stable and reliable internet connection
• High School Diploma
• Property and casualty insurance, medical billing or legal assistant background required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams
• Ability to work independently and amongst a team
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to review documents with speed and accuracy
