Remote Quality Assurance Analyst I, Ii, Iii ($48000.00 - $85000.00 / Year)

Key Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy of new states and products, rate revisions, and production problem corrections
• Execute test scenarios and approve project implementation
• Work closely with the Business team to review requirements and ensure a comprehensive test plan
• Prepare test plans and scenarios for usability testing
• Formulate the test strategy through analysis of system requirements

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist in performing quality control procedures in the production environment
• Maintain familiarity with required vendor service reports
• Support off-hours deliveries or periodic off-hours functional testing as needed
• Coordinate and document the resolution of problems encountered during and after usability testing
• Provide automated testing of various insurance products

Preferred Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years related experience

• Ability to conduct investigation and research into system errors and discrepancies
• Problem-solving skills and effective listening
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and timeliness
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Additional Information

The base range offered for the role is: $48,000.00 - $85,000.00 and may vary based on internal equity, and job-related skills, knowledge and experience; among other factors. Other financial components may be added as part of the competitive compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
