Quality Assurance Manager Jobs

As the Quality Assurance Manager on the high-impact Sonesta brand marketing team, your mantra will echo the team’s “good to great” focus. You’ll focus on enhancing the guest experience through the management and execution of our Quality Assurance program.

• Owner of quality assurance budget and invoicing by property
• Leader of quality assurance reporting process; pulls and translates reports following predetermined cadence
• Responsible for managing scheduling and coordination of all quality inspections across the enterprise
• Tracks status of inspections and action plans; responsible for reviewing all action plans and escalating as needed
• Responsible for identifying and tracking trends from audits and improvement plans; partners with operational stakeholders to troubleshoot as needed
• Owner of all brand quality assurance checklists ensuring updates are made as standards are adjusted; keeper of QA documents and resources
• Assists with fielding questions from hotel leaders pertaining to inspections and compliance of standards

• College degree with a concentration in Marketing, Hospitality or related field
• Proficiency in using Microsoft 365, with advanced expertise in PowerPoint and Excel, Google Analytics, knowledge of creative software a plus (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite)
• Must possess strong consultative skills; balancing team and individual responsibilities
• 5+ years’ work experience in a hospitality, travel, lifestyle, work with third party operators/franchisees, and owner relations a plus
• Must be able to manage multiple projects and obtain advanced project management skills
• Team-orientation with excellent analytical and written and oral communication skills
• Experience with hospitality and/or brand marketing a plus; not required
• Understanding of budget management
