Qa/Training Specialist Jobs

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for system integrity for all revenue functions of the EPIC EHR, particularly but not limited to registration, patient account accuracy. This position will be responsible for the training of front end and revenue based positions, maintain training manuals, updates, and provide statistical reporting on QA initiatives.

REQUIRED: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. 2–3 Years Front Office Staff Experience. Process improvement and management analysis experience and/or training. Prior experience in training and Q.A. Valid PA Driver’s License.
