Are you a tech-savvy self-starter with a passion for social media and client management? We're seeking a fully remote Virtual Assistant to help us grow our online presence and provide top-notch administrative support to our clients.
As Our Virtual Assistant, You'll Be Responsible For
Creating, managing, and updating social media accounts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more)
Designing and scheduling eye-catching social media posts that engage our audience
Maintaining and updating our Squarespace website(s) to ensure they're always fresh and up-to-date
Managing client databases and keeping them organized and accurate
Providing general administrative support, such as answering emails and scheduling appointments
Communicating with clients and stakeholders via phone, email, or video conferencing
Maintaining the confidentiality and security of our clients' data at all times
