As an Outreach and Engagement Specialist at Encolor, you will play a pivotal role in designing, managing, and executing outreach and engagement plans, ensuring they align with project priorities and reach specific, measurable goals. By establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with partner and stakeholder groups, including Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), you will represent the valuable perspective and sentiment of the audience we aim to serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative research through interview guides, surveys, and secondary research methodologies
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partner and stakeholder groups
• Monitor and analyze outreach, engagement, and communication analytics, adjusting strategies as needed
• Develop and implement strategic outreach and engagement plans targeting underserved communities
• Contribute to the creation of reports, memos, and presentations for clients and external audiences
• Provide project updates to internal management, clients, and relevant staff
• Support the development and execution of outreach events
• Serve as a trusted representative of the audience's perspective and sentiment
• Track project budget, timeline, and risks as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in developing and reporting on communication and engagement analytics
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience
• Preferably, experience in the energy industry
• Experience with community, stakeholder, and partner engagement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional leadership abilities
• Proven track record in developing successful outreach and engagement plans
